Can I use funding?
Tiny Tots Physiotherapy is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider for assessment, individual therapy and early intervention. Please contact to find out how I can help support your child’s therapy needs.
Private health insurance:
Most health insurance agencies will cover your child for physiotherapy sessions as long as you have extras or ancillary cover. Payment is required on the day of service, after which a receipt will be issued that can be processed by your health fund. Please contact your private health insurance for further information on the amount of rebate you will receive as they all vary.
Tiny Tots Physiotherapy is registered with Medicare. Medicare rebates are available for a maximum of 5 allied health sessions in a calendar year for patients who have a chronic condition or complex care needs. To access this funding a treatment plan and referral needs to be organised by your GP. Medicare rebate is $52.95 however it can vary and is subject to change, please check with Medicare for pricing.
Do I need GP referral?
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist, unless you are seeking your treatment cost's to be covered by Medicare or third party insurance.
What hours do you operate?
My hours are flexible and I try my best to fit in to your family’s schedule, please contact me to discuss a time that suits.
How do I pay for my consultation?
An invoice will be issued and which then you can pay either by cash or bank transfer.
What are your appointment fees?
Initial consult (1 hour) = $160
Follow up consult (45 minutes) = $140
Travel is dependent on location, please contact to discuss.
What if we need to cancel our appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice, if inadequate notice is provided a cancellation fee may apply.
